Allen has been highly effective as the senior pastor of a
rapidly growing church for many years and a successful Christian
businessman. He was the founder and CEO of Advanced Education
Management, dedicated to establishing publicly funded schools
in California that honor traditional family values. He was
also co-owner of Alphatek Inc. where he developed a methodology
for Y2K audits in the aeronautic manufacturing sector. He brings
a passion for “ministry that changes lives” into
every aspect of ConnectionPower’s focus. His dream is
to help local churches, through ConnectionPower, to connect
over 1,000,000 million people into the Body of Christ in America
and around the world.
His accomplishments include: authoring the Pastor’s
Journal, the Pastor’s Time Management System and conducting
pastoral conferences across the country involving thousands
of pastors and church leaders. He served as founding national
director for Project Hope, a peer-mentoring ministry to assist
pastors in personal/professional growth in the areas of vision
casting, goal setting, time management, effective ministry
systems and infrastructure development. As Project Hope director,
under the auspices of U.S. Missions of the Assemblies of God,
Allen was a featured speaker at the national and district conferences.
Allen continually developed, implemented and modified the
Visitor Touching and Tracking System in the church he pastored.
It was a key to their growth from 17 to over 1200 in average
weekend attendance. The Visitor Touching and Tracking System
was also utilized by thousands of churches around the country
with very positive results. He has most recently completed
program design and beta testing on a robust web-based version
of his visitor retention methodology that is being enthusiastically
received as a cutting-edge tool for significant church growth.
Dominic W. Silla
Vice President of Sales
Dom Silla joined ConnectionPower in September of 2006 as Vice President of Sales. He came
to ConnectionPower with a rich corporate background in Executive and Sales Management experience.
He has specific expertise in driving sales revenues with web-based solutions within an ASP
Immediately prior to joining ConnectionPower Mr. Silla was the owner of Desert
Gaming Consulting which provided equipment and software services to the gaming
industry in Las Vegas. On July 7, 2002 Mr. Silla accepted Jesus Christ as his
savior and began to feel led by God to a position outside the gaming industry
where he could join God's plan in Kingdom building for His glory. He plays an
indispensable role in ConnectionPower's leadership team.
Dom Silla served as Vice President of Sales for Bally Technologies. Bally
Technologies is a publicly traded company that is the largest provider of systems
for the gaming industry.
Prior to Bally Technologies Mr. Silla was the Vice President of Business Development
at Venture Catalyst Inc. V-CAT is a publicly traded company that provides Customer
Relationship Managment (CRM) software specifically designed for Casino Marketing
Mr. Silla has demonstrated exceptional leadership and the ability to build
relationships in extremely high level positions for the purposes of sales within
the gaming industry for the last 19 years. He brings a wide range of business expertise
to ConnectionPower along with the passion of a young believer in Christ.
Paul E. Fjelsta
Director of Business Development
Paul brings to ConnectionPower™ a wealth of executive
level managerial expertise and experience. Having assisted
top executives of Fortune 500 companies for many years in reengineering
management philosophies and processes, he has a vision to bring
cutting edge management practices and approaches to the Body
of Christ. Paul ’s mission is to assist local churches
to apply leading edge management constructs to achieve their
ministry objectives and improve ministry effectiveness.
After 8 years with the renowned Rummler-Brache Group, Paul
formed the Performance Improvement and Management Network in
2001 to help organizations define and implement growth and
performance improvement strategies employing business process
improvement and management techniques. In addition to being
a founding Principal of Accomplir, the Network utilizes alliance
relationships with solution providers specializing in marketing/sales
effectiveness and six sigma deployment.
Throughout his over twenty-five years experience in management
consulting, Paul has assisted clients in measurably improving
quality and productivity through development and delivery of
programs focusing on process redesign and management, process
improvement, organizational & team effectiveness, leadership
development and work control systems analysis/design.
Director of Technology
Mark brings an unusual mix to the executive team of ConnectionPower™ as
he has both a strong technology background and has served as
a pastor for a number of years. He possesses several years
of experience in the development of web-based applications
with specific expertise in subscription-based Internet products
to the Christian church market. His passion is to develop and
utilize technology to advance the Kingdom of God.
Mark has functioned as the director of Web Application
Development for SermonCentral.com a division of Outreach
Marketing. Mark was responsible for the total redevelopment
and design of SermonCentral.com which led to rapid growth
into the pre-eminent Internet sermon site beginning
with initial page views of 600,000 per month to current
page views of 5,000,000 per month He also served as
the web application designer for SkilledDriver.com,
a California state approved web-based driving school
which allows drivers to remove tickets from their driving
